Resume Management Resume Marketing

To optimize my resume, I used direct prompts that told the AI exactly what I needed, like asking it to adjust my resume for a marketing and design job and then again for a management job. I noticed that the more specific I was in my prompts, the better the results turned out, because the AI understood the direction I wanted to go in with each version. The main differences between my original resume and the AI-generated ones were the wording and my goal. The AI highlighted different strengths depending on the field. For marketing and design, it pulled out my creative tasks and communication skills. For management, it focused more on leadership, operations, and being reliable. It made my experiences sound more planned and connected to the jobs I want. Overall, I learned that the way you phrase prompts really matters. Being specific and honest about what you want helps the AI shape the content in the right direction. I also learned how small wording changes can significantly alter how my work experience is perceived, which is really helpful when creating a resume for different audiences.
